Artificial turf is classified into injection-molded artificial turf and woven artificial turf according to the production process. Injection-molded artificial turf is made by injection molding technology. Plastic particles are extruded into shape in a mold at one time, and the turf is bent by bending technology, so that the grass leaves are arranged regularly at equal intervals and in equal quantities, and the height of the grass leaves is completely uniform. Then, the grass fibers are implanted on the loom, followed by gluing and drying on the back adhesive machine and the dryer, and then rolled up and packaged.
